Details of the PUBG Mobile 3.0 Update
1. Metro Royale
- New Map: Designed with a snowy environment and military elements. It features a circular map with a military fortress at the center.
- New Mechanics: New alarm items can be placed for notifications, snowy weather, high-level supply crates accessible after a certain time, and vertical climbing ropes for quick ascent.
- Addition of 2 new bosses and a PvE enemy group:
+ Boss Commander has a skill to slow down players.
+ Boss Tank will use different attack moves depending on the distance.
+ PvE enemy group includes an Elite enemy with a pack of attacking dogs. When the enemy detects players, a signal will be emitted to call the group. The entire group will then march and attack the players.
- New Airgun Rifle: Fires steel balls using compressed air. The higher the pressure, the greater the damage inflicted. This gun produces less noise when fired.
- New Items: Top Secret Information, Military Circuit Board, Military Battery, Cobra ID Tag, Steel Front ID Tag, and many more
- Expansion of new backpack mechanism: Players can use Metro Cash to temporarily increase backpack space. If owning a companion, the backpack expansion effect will be maintained. Purchasing RP will provide backpack expansion effect throughout the season.
- Skill Tree Update: Addition of new skill buttons like Stability Dexterity, Protection, and Machine Gun Mastery. Unlocking Tier IV skills no longer requires distributing points evenly among condition skills.
2. New Katana Weapon
Completely different from previous weapon types, the Katana brings a fresh combat experience. Players will showcase sword skills in both close and long-range combat, delivering powerful slashing blows.
3. Brand new skyhook tool
The developers introduce a unique tool for gamers - the Neo Bay Grappler, aiding them in overcoming challenging terrain, devising unexpected strategies, and escaping precarious situations with flexibility.
4. Penetrative Sniper rifle
This new feature enhances the effectiveness of sniper rifle usage, allowing bullets to pierce through targets and inflict damage on multiple enemies in the bullet's path, providing higher winning opportunities for skilled players.
5. Blood pumping while driving
This feature enables players to pump blood for the character while driving, offering convenience and necessity in urgent situations.
6. Revival mechanism revamped
Instead of reviving at the event area, players will have to participate in a separate revival zone. This presents a new challenge, creating a dynamic and dramatic atmosphere for the match.
With these new updates, PUBG Mobile 3.0 promises to bring a fresh and exciting gaming experience, attracting players of all ages and skill levels.
