Here are the latest regulations on entry procedures for Vietnamese citizens and foreign tourists, effective from February 01, 2022, as well as information on international flight schedules for February and March.

UPDATE ON VIETNAM ENTRY INFORMATION FROM 01/02/2022

1. Vietnamese Passport Holders

• Valid passports

• Confirm negative Covid-19 test by RT-PCR/ RT-Lamp method 72 hours prior to entry

• Confirm full vaccination with hard copy (last dose not earlier than 14 days prior to entry) or confirm recovery from Covid-19 (not more than 6 months)

• Passengers will undergo a 3-day quarantine if they have “Confirmation of full vaccination” or “Confirmation of recovery from Covid-19,” and a 7-day quarantine if they do not have either of these documents

2. Foreign Passport Holders

a. Applicable to passengers with valid visa/exemption/temporary residence card

• Passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry

• Approval letter from the Health Authority

• Negative Covid-19 test result using RT-PCR/ RT-Lamp method 72 hours prior to entry

• Proof of full vaccination (last dose administered no earlier than 14 days prior to entry) or proof of recovery from Covid-19 (not more than 6 months ago)

• Passengers will be required to undergo a 3-day quarantine if they have a “Proof of full vaccination” or “Proof of recovery from Covid-19”, and a 7-day quarantine if they have neither of these
