Who Can Enter the Philippines?

Foreign travelers, including returning Filipino citizens, will be allowed entry and stay in the Philippines for 30 days, provided they have received full COVID-19 vaccination. Moreover, starting from 01/04/2022, unvaccinated or incompletely vaccinated travelers will still be allowed entry with the condition of presenting negative results of COVID-19 PCR or Antigen tests.

How to Register for One Health Pass Health Declaration?

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the One Health Pass health declaration has been a mandatory requirement for traveling to the Philippines. This electronic form provides international travelers with an Electronic Health Declaration allowing easy entry at the airport. To self-register for the One Health Pass, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Visit onehealthpass.com.ph
- Step 2: Enter your arrival date in the Philippines, type of port of entry (seaport or airport), and type of entering passenger (just tick the 'foreign national' box).
- Step 3: Fill in the necessary information in the Health Declaration Registration section.
- Step 4: Save your QR code and present it upon entry.
Pro Tip for #teamMytour: Register for the One Health Pass as soon as you receive your PCR test results. Without this declaration, you won't be able to clear the immigration checkpoint.
Note These Limitations When Traveling to the Philippines

You still need to wear a mask and practice social distancing in public and private areas. The strictness of COVID-19 regulations will vary depending on the COVID-19 alert level of each area (this level is updated every 15 days). At the time of writing, 39 areas including the National Capital Region of the Philippines are at alert level 1 with the following regulations:
- Relaxation of indoor and outdoor COVID-19 restrictions (no more wearing masks and health declarations).
- Public and private offices can resume 100% operations.
- Government agencies and offices can resume 100% operations.
- The S-PaSS for interzonal travel will no longer be mandatory.
If you plan to visit other areas in the Philippines such as Boracay, Cebu, Bohol, or Palawan, you can still go if those areas are at alert level 1.
