- 4G90 Package: Priced at 90,000 VNĐ, it offers 3GB of initial usage with a speed of 150 Mbps. After exhausting the usage limit, additional purchase is required; otherwise, usage will be restricted.
- 4G125 Package: Priced at 125,000 VNĐ, it provides 5GB of initial usage. Usable within 1 month at a speed of 150 Mbps. After exhausting the data limit, additional data purchase is required for continued usage.
- 4G200 Package: Priced at 200,000 VNĐ, it offers 10GB of initial usage. Usable within 1 month at a speed of 150 Mbps. After exhausting the data limit, additional data purchase is required for continued usage.
- MIMAX4G Package: This is an all-inclusive package, costing 90,000 for a month of 4G usage. Upon subscribing to 4G, you'll receive 2GB of access. After depletion, you can continue accessing 4G for free but with limited speed.
Some of you might wonder why there's guidance on subscribing to the 4G Viettel 1,000,000 package (1 million) for 33GB data. This package was indeed available, but only during the initial trial period in Ho Chi Minh City. As of now, this package is no longer offered, and there are only 5 official 4G Viettel packages mentioned above.

There are two methods to subscribe to Viettel 4G packages, but the prerequisite is that your device must be using a Viettel 4G SIM.
Method 1: Register for Viettel 4G Packages using My Viettel App.

Step 1: After completing the installation, tap on the My Viettel app icon, then log in using Viettel 3G/4G.

Method 2: Register for Viettel 4G Packages via *098#
This method is quite straightforward. If your SIM is 4G, open the phone app, dial *098# and press call. Immediately, Viettel's system will provide feedback.
Follow the instructions, press 2 to continue, then choose 3 to access the 4G service and select your desired package. Of course, after making the selection, you need to restart your device.
