Gameplay Adjustments:
In addition to the buffs and nerfs in League of Legends Patch 13.21, there are also some gameplay adjustments applied to certain champions to create unique and fresh metas:
Brand rises in the jungle with skyrocketing damage against monsters.- Brand: Blaze's damage against monsters and minions has been significantly increased, potentially making him one of the hottest picks for the Jungle role with super fast clear speed.
- Seraphin: Seraphin will undergo a relative decrease in power for the mid-lane mage role, with her damage output being significantly reduced but her ability to buff teammates increased. She will return to her original support position.
- Zyra: Zyra's jungle playstyle also receives a proportional decrease in power, bringing the thorn queen back to the mid lane or traditional support role.
