The international LoL community is fiercely debating the issue of increasingly similar new outfits.
One of the aspects of LoL that players are particularly concerned about is the issue of champion skins. Not only for aesthetics, but some outfits can also truly impact the gameplay. For instance, skins like Tryndamere's Turkish Delight or Varus' Dawnbringer...

However, according to the LoL community, the new outfits introduced by Riot seem to be... more alike each day and resemble previously released skins. In a Reddit post, a player pointed out the resemblance between Kai'Sa's Koi Naga and Zyra's Ruby Crystal skins. Overall, the character design of these two outfits looks quite similar, from hairstyle to costume accessories... The primary difference is the dominant color of these two skin lines.

The post received a lot of support from the LoL gaming community. Not just Kai'Sa - Zyra, many people also pointed out similarities between other skins. If not in terms of costume design, then in terms of ability effects. A prime example is the Lux Cosmic Enchantress skin, which easily confuses people with the Soraka Divine Sorceress skin.

Not only about outfits, there's also an opinion pointing out that champion splash arts are becoming increasingly different from reality. An example given by players is the case of the Battle Princess Sivir skin, where they believe the champion's weapon in the splash art looks quite different from in-game.

Despite Riot addressing this issue before, stating they would strive to improve the game's quality, including skins and effects, the 2021 season concluded with many pointing out that nothing had changed. As of now, Fiddlesticks' splash art remains unchanged on the LoL homepage.

Perhaps in the near future, Riot needs to seriously reconsider their new skin lines. Surely, no gamer wants to spend a considerable amount of money on skins that are no different from those of other champions released before.
