League of Legends Patch 9.2 Update: Champion Tweaks and Skins Overhaul

League of Legends Patch 9.2 Update
 

1. Changes to Champions

Riot has implemented some minor tweaks to champions like Garen, Ivern, Viktor, and the most significant one being Shaco.

Garen

Firstly, let's go over some basic stats:
- Health at level 1: decreased from 616.28 to 615
- Health per level: increased from 84.25 to 85
- Magic resistance at level 1: decreased from 32.1 to 32
- Attack speed per level: increased from 2.9% to 3%

Passive
- No longer doubles healing effects when below 25/50% health
- Ability cooldown increased from 9/4 seconds to 6 seconds
- Damage from minions and jungle monsters no longer removes passive
- Healing increased from 2/8% to 2.5/10.25%

W Ability (Courage)
- Damage reduction per stack decreased from 0.33 to 0.25
- Additional damage reduction cap decreased from 50 to 30

E Ability (Judgment)
- Number of spins increased from 5+1 every 3 levels to 8+1 every 20% attack speed
- Base damage changed from 9/15/21/27/33 to 14/18/22/26/3
- Spin speed of judgment sword changed from 14/18/22/26/30 to 0.26/0.295/0.33/0.365/0.4
- Armor penetration per enemy hit increased from 4 to 6
- No longer deals an additional 330% damage if Garen spins hits only one enemy, now deals an additional 25% damage to the nearest enemy

Ultimate Ability (Demacian Justice)
- No longer executes villainous enemies
- Deals physical damage instead of magic damage as before
- Damage reduced from 175/350/525+28.6/33.3/40% missing health to 150/300/450 +20/25/30% missing health.

Ivern

Ivern undergoes some changes:
- Attack range increased from 125 to 475
- Ability W (Brushmaker): No longer grants Ivern extended attack range while in brushes as before

Shaco

The changes to Shaco will be a delight for enthusiasts of this champion. Let's review some basic information first:
- Shaco's basic attacks, Q, and E skills will have enhanced effects when attacking enemies from behind
- Basic attacks: Deals an additional 10-30 (scaling with level) + 0.1 bonus attack damage critical strike damage
- Deceive (Q) critical strikes deal 130% damage
- E skill deals an additional 10-30 + 0.1 magic damage and slows the target by 20%

Q Ability (Deceive)
- Stealth duration increased from 1.5 / 2.25 / 3 / 3.75 / 4.5 seconds to 2.5 / 2.75 / 3 / 3.25 / 3.5 seconds (per level)
- Cooldown reduced from 16/15.5/15/14.5/14 seconds to 12/11.5/11/10.5/10 seconds
- Cooldown reduced by an additional 2.5 seconds when Shaco deals bonus damage.
- Damage changed from 10/20/30/40/50 +0.4 bonus attack damage critical strike, no longer magic damage

W Ability (Jack in the Box)
- Attacks all targets around
- Single target damage remains unchanged (35/60/75/80/90 + 0.2 ability power)
- Area damage remains at 15/20/25/30/130 + 0.1 ability power

E Ability (Two-Shiv Poison)
- Changed from physical damage to magic damage
- Damage increased from 55/80/105/130/155 + 0.6/0.75/0.9/1.05/1.2 bonus attack damage + 0.75 ability power to 70/100/130/160/190+0.8 bonus attack damage+0.8 ability power
- Execute: Changed from dealing damage equal to 50% of target's missing health to dealing an additional 50% damage to targets below 30% health.

R Ability (Hallucinate)
- Upon Shaco's clone being destroyed, Jack in the Boxes will activate Fear and immediately attack
- Clone damage reduced from 200/300/400 (+1.0 ability power) to 150/225/300 (+0.7 ability power)
- Single target damage of Jack in the Boxes reduced from 25/50/75 (+0.15 AP) to 25/50/75(+0.1 AP)
- Area damage of Jack in the Boxes is 10/20/30 + 0.1 AP. Fear duration increased from 0.75/1/1.25 seconds to 1 second.

Viktor

Q Ability (Siphon Power)
- The shield received from Q is 30-115+0.15 AP (depending on level)

W Ability (Gravity Field)
- Slow percentage increased from 28/32/36/40/44% to 30/34/38/42/46%
- Upon being upgraded, instead of stunning targets, Viktor's other abilities will also have a slowing effect equal to half the value of Gravity Field for 0.75 seconds

R Ability (Lightning Storm)
- Marks enemy every second instead of every 2 seconds as before and the number of marks increases from 3 to 6
- Damage per mark reduced from 130/210/290 + 0.85 AP to 65/105/145 + 0.45 AP.
- Lightning Storm will now be able to move through terrain instead of 20% movement speed as before
- Lightning storm speed increased from 200-300 to 250-350

2. Changes to Skins

Good news for Ashe, Hecarim, and Darius enthusiasts as Riot releases a new skin line called High Noon for these champions. Additionally, patch 9.2 may feature a login interface based on this High Noon skin.
