This smartphone has recently obtained BIS certification with model number SM-E546B/DS, signaling that its launch is approaching.

According to Gizmochina, the Galaxy F54 could succeed the Galaxy F42, which was released in late 2021 and gained considerable popularity. While the BIS list doesn't disclose any relevant technical specifications, it's highly probable that Samsung's next phone will offer 5G support.
Moreover, the Galaxy F54 is likely to inherit some features from its predecessor. Recall that the Galaxy F42 5G boasted a plastic design akin to other phones in the product line. It featured a 6.6-inch Full-HD+ Infinity-V LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate.
Internally, this smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC paired with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device supports dual SIM, 5G (across 12 bands), dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GNSS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Galaxy F42 boasts a triple camera setup on the rear, consisting of a 64MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, it features an 8MP selfie camera.
