Firstly, a Power of Attorney, like other forms, should be presented formally, including:

- Document type: POWER OF ATTORNEY + specify the matter you want to delegate
- Grantor: Full name, date of birth, ID number, permanent address
- Grantee: Full name, date of birth, ID number, permanent address
Content of Authorization: Present all details of the matter being delegated, specify the validity of this authorization from .... to .... When drafting the document, you must prepare at least 03 copies, both parties must go to the People's Committee at commune level (Department of Justice) or Notary Office to authenticate the signature of the grantor (if the Power of Attorney is between individuals within a legal entity).
In the future, if any disputes arise between the parties, the Court will rely on this document to resolve them.
