Step 1: Firstly, open your photo in Photoshop and navigate to Filter > Neural Filters.
Step 2: In the toolbar that appears, select the Depth Blur tool and download it. Once downloaded, toggle on the Depth Blur switch. Next, use the left mouse button to select the areas you want to keep sharp as the focal points.
