How to Track Document Progress on Zalo
Step 1: Open the Zalo app and enter the keyword Public Services in the search bar, then select the Public Services channel and choose Ministry of Information and Communications.
Step 2: Next, Zalo will take you to the chat box. Here, select Public Services to go to the homepage of the Ministry of Information and Communications. Then click on the category icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Select the profile lookup and enter the file number on your Receipt and Appointment Confirmation to check the processing status of that file.
