1. Hide Messages
Step 1: In the chat app, make a free Zalo video call, select Messages --> Find the Zalo conversation you want to hide --> Choose the Hide conversation function.
Step 2: Proceed to select Set PIN. This PIN will be used later for you to retrieve hidden messages, conversations.
Enter the required PIN and confirm the PIN once again.
After successfully setting up the PIN, the Zalo app will display a notification: Setup successful.
2. Find Hidden Messages
Step 1: On the main interface of the Zalo app, locate the Search function.
Step 2: Here, you can search for hidden conversations, messages on Zalo using 2 methods:
+ Enter the PIN previously set to hide previous messages
+ Enter the name of the friend who has been hidden.
Step 3: Tap on the hidden conversation you want to message again --> Proceed to enter the PIN to unlock. Then you can continue sending messages as usual.
3. Unhide Messages
On the main interface of the conversation, the hidden messages on Zalo, select the 3-dot icon --> Choose the function Unhide conversation.
