- 600g snakehead fish fillet
- 25g ginger, chili, garlic
– 130g of crispy fried flour
– 150ml of water

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
– Rinse the chili and ginger thoroughly, then finely chop them.
After rinsing the fish with salt or vinegar to eliminate the fishy smell, finely slice it into bite-sized pieces and wash them again with water. Marinate the fish with 2 teaspoons of seasoning powder, ½ teaspoon of MSG, ½ teaspoon of ground pepper, and 2 tablespoons of white wine for about 5-10 minutes.
