Recently, Messenger has rolled out a new feature allowing users to pin messages in conversations, similar to Zalo. In this article, I'll guide you through the process of pinning messages on Messenger on your phone so you can save important messages.
Note: This feature has only been rolled out to some accounts, so if you haven't got it yet, you might need to wait a little longer.
How to pin messages on Messenger
Step 1: Since this is a newly updated feature by the developer, the first thing you need to do is update this app to the latest version. To make it easier for you, I'll leave the update links here.
Step 2: After successfully updating, navigate to Messenger, enter the important conversation containing the message you want to pin. Proceed to long-press the message you wish to pin, then tap Pin.
Step 3: To review your pinned messages, you can either tap the i icon at the top right corner of the screen or the conversation avatar icon > Pinned Messages.
Step 4: Here, you can view all the messages you've pinned. You can also tap on them to reveal additional options such as Unpin if you no longer need them.
