Fish part: 500g basa fish fillet or a meaty, boneless fish, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Coating mixture: 50g crispy frying flour, 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon chili powder.

How to make crispy seasoned fried fish
- Clean the fish, cut into bite-sized pieces. Drain and marinate with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

- Mix the mixture: crispy frying flour, salt, black pepper, chili powder.
- Beat the egg yolk until smooth.

- Dip the marinated fish into the egg yolk, then roll it in the crispy frying flour mixture.


- Place the fish in the air fryer, spray a little cooking oil. Set the temperature to 160 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes for the first round, then flip the fish and set the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes, and it's done.
