+ 250g mung beans
+ 50g dried seaweed

+ 200ml coconut milk

+ 300g sugar
+ Salt, vanilla
How to cook Thung sweet soup:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients

- Soak tapioca flour until swollen, then scoop out and drain.

- Soak dried seaweed in hot water, then scoop out, wash thoroughly, remove stems, and thinly slice.

- Soak mung beans in water until swollen, then scoop out and rinse well. Cook until tender. Remove the cooked mung beans, transfer to a large bowl, and add 2 tablespoons of sugar, mix well.
- Wash peanuts thoroughly and cook until tender, then remove and mix with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Step 2: Cooking the sweet soup
- Boil 1 liter of water, then add tapioca flour to cook. Next, add mung beans, lotus seeds, and dried seaweed to the pot and stir well.
