YouTube Shorts is a video platform similar to TikTok, offering new short videos developed by YouTube. However, one downside is that videos on YouTube Shorts cannot be fast-forwarded or sped up. But today, I'll show you how to watch YouTube Shorts like regular videos on your computer so you can skip and chill comfortably.
1. Modify the video link
First, open the YouTube Short video you want to watch, then copy the code after 'shorts/'.
Next, open a regular video and paste the code you just copied after 'watch?v=' and you can watch YouTube Short in regular YouTube mode.
2. Download the Youtube-shorts block extension
Step 1: Firstly, you can directly access the installation link of the Youtube-shorts block extension below, or you can also visit the extension store and find it there.
Step 2: After installation, simply click on it and toggle the switch to make it work. You can also click on the three dots above to see more options. That's it, from now on you can watch every YouTube Short video in regular YouTube format.
