Screensy is a free Google Chrome extension that allows you to directly record your computer screen with ease. Additionally, Screensy enables you to annotate, draw, and edit captured screen images before saving them to your computer. In this article, I'll guide you through the process of capturing your computer screen on Chrome using the Screensy extension.
How to Record Your Computer Screen on Chrome
Step 1: Access the following website link > Add to Chrome.
Step 2: Select Add extension to install this extension.
Step 3: In the Screensy interface, continue by selecting the screen recording option based on your needs including: Tab Tab only (record only the currently open browser tab); Desktop (record the entire screen); Camera only (record screen from webcam). Then, choose other options like Camera, Microphone,... Once you've completed these options, click Start recording to begin screen recording.
Step 4: When you're ready to finish recording, select Pause/ resume recording > then click on the checkmark icon ✓ if satisfied with the recording or cross icon x if unsatisfied and want to delete the recording.
Step 5: Once the recording is complete, it will be displayed in a new tab. Then, click Download to save it to your computer or click Save to Drive to upload it to your Google Drive account.
