Step 1: On your phone interface, open and log into Zalo.
Step 2: In the Messages section, find and click on the friends or groups you want to delete messages from (Figure 1). A conversation will open, at the top right corner, click on the options icon (Figure 2).
Step 3: Swipe the screen upwards, select 'Delete chat history' (Figure 3). Then, click 'Delete' to delete the messages (Figure 4).
Method 2 to delete Zalo messages on Android, iOS phones
Step 1: On your phone interface, open and log into Zalo.
Step 2: In the messages section, press and hold on the person you want to delete Zalo messages from (Figure 1). Zalo will then display options, press 'Delete conversation' (Figure 2).
Step 3: You can also select additional people you want to delete messages from by clicking on the checkbox next to their name then clicking 'Delete' at the top right corner (Figure 3). Then, click 'Delete' (Figure 4) to delete the messages.
Note: Deleting messages on Zalo, Delete Zalo SMS, and clearing Zalo conversations will only remove the conversation content from your device and will still remain on the recipient's device.
