+ Lemongrass: 2 stalks
+ Garlic: 2 cloves
+ Onion bulb
+ Seasonings: fish sauce, salt, sugar, pepper
How to make steamed carp with beer:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
- Peel and clean the lemongrass, smash, finely chop
- Wash the chili, slice thinly
- Clean and scrape the ginger, pound, finely chop
- Retain the stem of the basil, finely chop the leaves
- Cut the root of the onion, wash, split vertically

- Clean the fish, gut, remove scales, remove innards, diagonally cut the fish body
- You can eliminate the fishy smell of the fish by rubbing lime juice or vinegar all over the fish.
