Specifically, the new Lenovo Ideapad Slim 5 series features AMD Ryzen 7000 U-series processors and offers options for IPS LCD or OLED displays, depending on the user's preference. The new Slim 5 models come in 14-inch and 16-inch sizes, equipped with the AI Engine Smart Power function to enhance battery life and automatically adjust performance.
Accordingly, the Lenovo Ideapad Slim 5 series offers three different AMD Ryzen processor options: Ryzen 7 7730U, Ryzen 5 7530U, and Ryzen 3 7330U. They provide users with DDR4 RAM options of 8GB/16GB and SSD PCIe NVMe storage up to 1TB.
Lenovo Ideapad Slim 5 14-inch provides users with OLED or IPS display options, while the 16-inch model only features an IPS screen. The 14-inch OLED version impresses with 400 nits brightness, supports a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and a refresh rate of 60 Hz.

Concerning the two IPS options, their respective specifications will be 300 nits, 1,920 x 1,200 pixels, supporting 45% NTSC color gamut, or 2,240 x 1,400 pixels, 100% sRGB with a refresh rate of 60Hz. For the 16-inch version, the high-end IPS display option will have specs of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels, brightness of 350 nits, 100% sRGB color range, and a refresh rate of 60Hz.
Other features of the laptop include an FHD webcam with IR sensor, ToF sensor, optional fingerprint sensor, Dolby Audio 2 x 2 W speakers, and Wi-Fi 6E + Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. The laptop's provided ports include 2 x USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 (full-featured), 2 x USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, HDMI 1.4, combo audio jack, and a miniSD card reader.

It is expected that Lenovo will release versions of the IdeaPad Slim 5 2023 to the market in May, with a starting price for both the 14-inch and 16-inch models at 799 Euro (approximately 20.1 million VND).
