
Ahead of CES 2023, Lenovo unveils its latest IdeaPad Pro 5 lineup, boasting premium specifications such as AMD 7th generation processor, 2.8K resolution display for the 14-inch version with 120 Hz refresh rate, Wi-Fi 6 support, and more.
Lenovo announces the IdeaPad 5 Pro 14 with two display options: a 2.8K resolution panel with 400 nits brightness and 120 Hz refresh rate, or a 2.2K resolution panel with 300 nits brightness and 120 Hz refresh rate. As for the IdeaPad 5 Pro 16, the 16-inch variant features a 2.5K IPS display with 120 Hz refresh rate.
Both the IdeaPad 5 Pro 14 and 16 come equipped with an infrared camera with Full HD resolution and ToF sensor, along with a privacy shutter to prevent unauthorized access. Sound-wise, both screen sizes feature dual 2 W speakers tuned by Dolby Audio.

Lenovo also incorporates the Windows Hello facial recognition feature on both versions. The processors are identical with both Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5 14 and 16 running on AMD Ryzen 7 7th generation. The 14-inch version has integrated graphics while the 16-inch version is equipped with NVIDIA GeForce Next-Gen GPU.
The memory on both versions is also the same, with 32 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 1 TB SSD. The 16-inch model also has an additional display switch to boost FPS. The device also supports an extra SSD slot. Other technical specifications of this duo include a 75 WHr battery (with fast charging support), Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.1, USB 4.0 Type-C port, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port, Type-A port, HDMI 2.1, and an SD card reader.
Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5 comes in 2 color options: Gray and Blue. The selling price for the 14-inch version is $1,215 (approximately 36.1 million VND) and the starting price for the 16-inch version is $1,702 (approximately 40.3 million VND).
