INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING MARSHMALLOW SNOWMEN
• 36 large marshmallow candies
• 100g white chocolate
• 100g dark chocolate
• 20g assorted fruit candies
• 1 slice of soft orange or tangerine candy
• 12 cookie sticks
• 12 mini peanut butter candies

STEPS TO MAKE MARSHMALLOW SNOWMEN CANDIES
1. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Once melted and smooth, stick 3 marshmallow candies together by spreading a layer of melted chocolate between them. Repeat until you have 12 snowmen, each made up of 3 marshmallows.

2. Place the snowmen on a baking tray and refrigerate for a short time to let the chocolate layer harden.

3. Carefully insert a skewer into each snowman, ensuring the tip of the skewer remains hidden inside the marshmallow.

4. To make each snowman's scarf, cut fruit roll-up into a long strip about 10-12 cm and wrap it around the snowman's neck. A dab of melted chocolate will help secure the scarf in place.

5. To make the noses, cut pieces of orange candy into small triangles and attach the triangles to the center of each snowman's head with a drop of melted chocolate.

6. For the arms, cut pairs of cookie sticks and dip both ends into the melted chocolate layer. Insert 2 cookie stick pieces into opposite sides of the middle part of each snowman.

7. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Use a toothpick to draw eyes, mouths, and buttons on the snowmen with this chocolate layer. Chill all the snowmen in the refrigerator.

8. Line a baking tray with wax paper. To make each snowman's hat, drop a teaspoon of dark chocolate onto the parchment paper, then gently tap the paper on the tabletop to spread the chocolate into a disk, about 3cm in diameter.

9. Press a mini peanut butter candy onto each chocolate disk, then return to the refrigerator until set.

10. Remove the snowmen and hats from the refrigerator. To complete your snowmen, dab some chocolate onto the bottom of each hat, then firmly press it onto the snowman's head. Once the chocolate coating sets, your snowmen are ready to go!
