In recent years, foldable laptops have emerged as a new trend. Brands like ASUS and Lenovo have successfully introduced products that offer a flexible experience between compact laptops and large screens. LG has joined this trend with the launch of Gram Fold in its home market.
Gram Fold is LG's first foldable laptop, equipped with a 17-inch OLED display when unfolded and a compact 12-inch screen when folded. Additionally, a virtual keyboard is integrated below the screen, facilitating easy input. Moreover, users can also opt for a traditional Bluetooth keyboard.

When folded, the device can function as a secondary display, an e-book reader, or a massive tablet. Gram Fold also supports input using a stylus, allowing users to write or draw directly on the screen.
In terms of durability, Gram Fold has excelled in fold tests, demonstrating its capability to fold up to 30,000 times. While not as much as foldable phones, this is still sufficient for daily usage. Weighing 1.25 kg and reaching a maximum thickness of 9.4 mm when unfolded.

Gram Fold is equipped with the 13th-gen Intel Core i5-1335U processor, Iris Xe graphics, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB NVMe SSD, and a 72 Wh battery with 65 W charging. Other features include three built-in speakers, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 6E, and two USB-C ports.
LG has confirmed that Gram Fold will be available in limited quantities in the South Korean market. However, the starting price for the device is only $2,982 (approximately 72.7 million VND), lower than some competitive rivals like the ASUS Zenbook 17 Fold.
