Recently, LG unveiled two new laptop models at more affordable prices: the LG Ultra PC 17 and Ultra PC 16. While both don't achieve the same level of slimness and lightness as the LG Gram, they offer a similar feel.
Both new laptop models come with Mirametrix's Glance, a popular software on high-end laptops. The software utilizes the device's webcam to track the user's position.

According to LG, if you're connected to an external monitor, the software can automatically move your cursor and active windows to any screen you're viewing.
The LG Ultra PC 17 and Ultra PC 16 are significantly heavier compared to the Gram series. The 17-inch Ultra PC weighs 4.37 lbs (approximately 1.98 kg), while the 16-inch model weighs 3.63 lbs (about 1.64 kg) (both LG Gram 17 and Gram 16 weigh under 1.3 kg). Overall, the Ultra PC models are still relatively light for a laptop.

The display can achieve 99% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space. The Ultra PC 17 is equipped with the latest Intel Core i7 processor, Nvidia RTX 3050 discrete graphics card, accompanied by a 512 GB NVMe Gen4 SSD and 16 GB DDR5 RAM. The device has an 80 Wh battery capacity.
For the 16-inch Ultra PC, it sports a 16-inch Full HD+ display (1,920 x 1,200 pixels), powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 5825U CPU, paired with 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB SSD storage. The laptop also features a 72 Wh battery.
