LibreOffice 5.3.7 is now available to all users, integrating a total of 49 bug fixes across Writer, Calc, Draw, Impress, Base, and Math.

According to the announcement by TDF: “The Document Foundation (TDF) officially releases LibreOffice 5.3.7, the 7th and final release in the LibreOffice 5.3 family, targeting enterprises, government agencies, and users alike”. “LibreOffice 5.3.7 includes approximately 50 bug fixes”.
Ending a long journey of LibreOffice 5.3
With this bug-fix release, it signifies the end of a long journey for LibreOffice 5.3. Consequently, the LibreOffice 5.3 suite will officially bid farewell on November 26th, and The Document Foundation will also cease providing bug fixes as well as security patches. The best solution is for users to install LibreOffice or upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.

LibreOffice 5.4 will officially be discontinued on June 11, 2018. Meanwhile, LibreOffice 6.0 is still in testing and development, with its first alpha release available for testing since October 20. LibreOffice 6.0 will officially launch at the end of January 2018.
