Alongside the fluctuations in champion strength, Liên Quân developers also pay attention to adjusting the battlefield and support spells to bring about a certain balance in the Endless Abyss.
After a series of four champion strength adjustments in September, Liên Quân is now placing more emphasis on support spells and the battlefield (Caesar) at the beginning of October. Unlike previous adjustments, this round will have a significant impact on the strategies and playstyles of various heroes and may lead to an upcoming meta shift. Without further delay, S-Games will detail these upcoming changes for Liên Quân players right here in this article.

Battlefield Adjustments
Caesar the Ruthless
- Elimination: Caesar the Ruthless no longer summons Caesar to siege the tower.
- Adjustment: Inflict an additional 105~595 magic damage per damage instance on the target (non-champion heals: 0.3 seconds, champions: 3 seconds) -> Within an 8m radius, automatically deal 5% of the maximum health of the target with standard damage to enemy champions every 1.5 seconds and 20% of the maximum health of the target with standard damage to jungle monsters (simultaneously hitting a maximum of 2 targets).
Frontline Caesar
- New: While standing within tower range, after 2 seconds of firing the next Empowerment shot, it silences the tower for 3 seconds (a tower only activates once, does not stack simultaneously).
Redesigned image of Level 3 Shadow Caesar.Although unable to summon the mighty Caesar to siege towers, Liên Quân players summoning Frontline Caesar will possess a powerful weapon named Tower Silence. While not directly resurrecting, the Tower Silence support spell has officially returned to the hands of Frontline Caesar, with just a 3-second tower silence, making tower defense more challenging for teams without Caesar. With this new change, the Liên Quân developers are emphasizing Caesar's presence in the late game and pushing players to contend for major objectives when fully equipped.
Support Spell Adjustments
Revolution
- Cooldown: Reduced from 90 seconds to 60 seconds.
- New: If directly killing an enemy champion, cooldown reduced to 6 seconds.
With the changes above, Revolution will quickly shake up every battlefield, especially with solo-focused heroes like Omen, Zuka, Lu Bu, and more. It's highly likely that in the future, a Revolution meta will be formed, with everyone wielding Revolution. Compared to Flicker, which can create highlights or escape from tight situations, the Revolution support spell will be more ruthless, especially in all-out combat scenarios.
This latest adjustment once again infuriates the anti-Flash players as the new attributes of the Revolution support spell are no different from the original Liên Quân version. Additionally, this buff sets the stage for one of the most hated heroes in the Endless Abyss, Aya, who does nothing but still wants to feast. With a 6-second cooldown reduction after eliminating an enemy, Aya will make 'stealing kills' much easier and create frustration for teammates.
Swift
- Cooldown: Reduced from 100 seconds to 90 seconds.
- Adjustment: Immediately removes the slow effect and increases running speed by 30% (additional 20% when out of combat) for 10 seconds. During this time, the effectiveness of slow effects is reduced by 50%.
Velocity
These changes will contribute to creating a new meta in Liên Quân in the coming time, such as Breakthrough rising to prominence or the competition for Caesar in the late game becoming more crucial and a determining factor for victory.
