So, the journey of Liên Quân Vietnam at this year's SEA Games has come to a close, right on home turf.
Finally, one of Esports Vietnam's biggest hopes at this year's SEA Games, Liên Quân Mobile, has officially concluded. Saigon Phantom – the reigning champion of VCS Spring 2022, a team with high expectations from the gaming community and the strongest name in Vietnamese Liên Quân Mobile has wrapped up their medal pursuit.

Liên Quân Mobile Vietnam has indeed secured a different medal color at this year's SEA Games. That's the truth that all gamers have known since Saigon Phantom defeated the Malaysian Liên Quân team this morning. However, in the end, the Liên Quân Vietnam players could only grasp the silver medal, something that no fan wanted.
The silver medal at this year's SEA Games has been a success compared to the previous SEA Games 30, but with home advantage, with the name chosen as Saigon Phantom, the homeland fans expected more. What could be greater than Liên Quân Mobile Vietnam hoisting the Gold medal right on home soil, in front of thousands of supporters.

However, that's just what fans hoped and dreamed of, whereas the truth is, the Liên Quân Vietnam players had to accept a 4 – 1 defeat against Thailand. So, in this SEA Games, despite meeting each other several times, Liên Quân Vietnam still couldn't overcome their toughest opponent, Thailand, despite having favorable conditions.
This outcome brings disappointment to fans, but it's hard to blame the Vietnamese team as the strength of the Thai players in Arena of Valor has been established. Despite Saigon Phantom's efforts, they still need more international experience. This SEA Games will be like a training session because ahead for Saigon Phantom are the AIC and further, the AWC. Changing the medal color is something Liên Quân has certainly achieved at this year's SEA Games, at least that's for sure..
