The Cham Sculpture Museum in Da Nang was built in 1915, but 20 years before that, many Cham sculpture artifacts were found in the Da Nang area, Quang Nam province, and were concentrated in a location called 'Tourane Park.' The first building of the museum was designed by two French architects, Delaval and Auclair, based on the typical architectural lines of Cham architecture. Han River Bridge is constructed on the main axis of Bach Dang Street, connecting Hai Chau District with Son Tra District. Han River Bridge is also a rotating bridge that becomes a pride of Da Nang's citizens. The bridge shines beautifully and stands out in the city every night. The special feature is that every night, Han River Bridge can rotate 90 degrees around its axis to allow large ships to pass through. Starting from October 14, 2015, the Da Nang People's Committee Office officially announced the adjustment of the bridge's rotating hours earlier to better serve the citizens and tourists in enjoying the convenient bridge rotation.
Accordingly, Han River Bridge rotates from 11:00 PM to 11:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays every week. At the same time, vehicles are temporarily suspended from passing through the bridge 15 minutes before the bridge starts rotating until the end of the rotating hour.

The design of Dragon Bridge has a total length of 666 meters, including 5 main bridge spans and 3 approach spans. Dragon Bridge has a unique steel span structure, resembling the shape of a large dragon measuring 568 meters long, along with many components with a total weight of nearly 9,000 tons.
