The weaning period is crucial for the development of infants and young children. Especially during the stage when babies start eating solid foods, mothers need to carefully select dishes and cooking recipes to allow babies to fully experience the delicious taste of food, as well as to stimulate their interest in chewing and swallowing. From here, babies will gradually develop the habit of eating solid foods without relying solely on nutrients from breast milk and formula.
And the Japanese-style baby food menu is highly favored by many mothers because of its variety and attractive presentation. Since this is the first time babies try foods other than breast milk, and their bodies are still fragile, the weaning foods during this stage should have a texture similar to breast milk but thicker, such as various types of porridge, finely ground powders. In particular, the number of meals mothers should feed babies during this stage is 1 meal/day, still prioritizing baby care by breastfeeding more. The amount of salt added to baby's food should only be 1/4 of that for adults, and babies should not be fed foods with high allergenicity such as seafood, meat, etc.
