Fiddlesticks

- Ability W - Bountiful Harvest:

Cooldown: 9 / 8.5 / 8 / 7.5 / 7 seconds reduced to 10 / 9.5 / 9 / 8.5 / 8 seconds

Gnar

- Ability Q - Boulder Toss:

Basic damage: 5 / 45 / 85 / 125 / 165 reduced to 25 / 70 / 115 / 160 / 205

Slow: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35% for 2 seconds decreased to 30 / 35 / 40 / 45 / 50% for 5 seconds.

- Ability E - Crunch (Mega Form):

Range: 600 to 675.

- Ability E - Hop:

Cooldown: 4 to 6 seconds.

Karma

- Ability E - Inspire:

Shield: 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 (+ 50%AP) reduced to 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+ 50%AP).

Master Yi

- Ability Q - Alpha Strike:

Cooldown: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14 seconds reduced to 18 / 17.5 / 17 / 16.5 / 16 seconds.

Pantheon

Base health regeneration: 10 to 9.

- Ability W - Shield Vault:

Empowerment: 135 - 165% to 120 - 165%.

Qiyana

- Base health regeneration: 8.5 to 9.

- Physical damage: 64 to 66.

Ryze

- Ability Q - Overload:

Cost: 40 Mana reduced to 40 /38 / 36 / 34 / 32 Mana.

Xayah

Ability E - Bladecaller

- Ability E - Bladecaller:

Cooldown: 12 / 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 seconds reduced to 10 / 9.5 / 9 / 8.5 / 8 seconds.

- Cost: 40 Mana reduced to 30 Mana.

Yasuo

- Increase damage per level: reduced from 3.2 to 2.2.

- Passive - Way of the Wanderer:

+ Increase critical strike chance from 100 to 150%.

+ Convert 1% critical strike chance to damage, reduced from 1% crit = 0.5 AD to 1% crit = 0.4 AD.

+ Increase damage per level: reduced from 3 to 2.

- Passive - Way of the Hunter:

+ Increase critical strike chance from 100 to 150%.
+ Convert 1% critical strike chance to damage, reduced from 1% crit = 0.5 AD to 1% crit = 0.4 AD.

2. New items and equipment in LoL 11.1

Archangel's Staff

- New recipe: from Tear of the Goddess + Sapphire Crystal + Needlessly Large Rod + 1,000 gold to Tear of the Goddess + Amplifying Tome + Needlessly Large Rod + 915 gold.

- Magic damage stat: 60 to 65 (applies to Seraph's Embrace as well).
- Reduced attack power based on mana: 3% to 2%.

Ionian Boots of Lucidity

- Ability Haste stat: from 15 to 20.

Manamune's Blade

- Increased total cost: from 2,600 to 2,900.
- Recipe change: Tear of the Goddess + Caulfield's Warhammer + Sapphire Crystal to Tear of the Goddess + Caulfield's Warhammer + Long Sword.
- Increased attack power based on mana: from 2% to 2.5%.

Muramana's Blade

- Additional damage on hit effect: reduced from 4% mana to 2.5% mana.

Runaan's Hurricane

- Physical damage: no additional bonus.

- Secondary bolts damage reduction: from 40-70% to a flat 40%.

- Recipe change: Pickaxe + Zeal and Dagger + 1025 gold to Dagger + Zeal + Dagger + 850 gold.

- Total cost: reduced from 3,400 gold to 2,500 gold.

Shurelya's Battlesong

- Movement speed: increased from 40% (for 4 seconds) to 60% (for 4 seconds).

Duskblade of Draktharr

- Decreased passive damage from 100 (+ 30 bonus physical damage) to 65 (+ 25 bonus physical damage).

- Base physical damage: increased from 55 to 60.

- Ornn-upgraded physical damage: increased from 70 to 75.

Prowler's Claw

- Passive damage reduction from 100 (+ 30 bonus physical damage) to 65 (+ 25 bonus physical damage).

- Skill haste: increased from 10 to 20.

- Ornn upgrade: skill haste increased from 15 to 25.

Hextech Rocketbelt

- Magic damage: 80 to 90.

- Bonus health: 250 to 350.

- Equipment damage: reduced from 175 - 250 to 125.

- Ornn upgrade: magic damage 110 to 120 and bonus health 350 to 450.

Night Harvester

- Magic damage: 80 to 90.

- Bonus health: 250 to 350.

- Bonus damage: reduced from 125 - 200 to 125.

- Ornn upgrade: magic damage 110 to 120 and bonus health 350 to 450.

Trinity Force

- Bonus damage: reduced from 35 to 25.

- Skill healing: increased from 10 to 20.

- Ornn upgrade: bonus damage reduced from 45 to 35, skill healing increased from 15 to 25.

Goredrinker

- Passive: reduced damage from 110% to 100% physical damage.

- Increased lifesteal: from 20% physical damage (+ 12% of enemy's missing health) to 25% physical damage (+ 12% of enemy's missing health).

Now, lifesteal will be calculated per single-target attack (reducing healing for multi-target attacks).

Stridebreaker

- Physical damage: reduced from 50 to 45.

- Skill healing: increased from 10 to 20.

- Innate: reduced damage from 110% to 100% of physical damage.

- Ornn upgrade: reduced physical damage from 60 to 55, skill healing increased from 15 to 25.

Grievous Wounds

All items and equipment apply Grievous Wounds for about 2 to 3 seconds.

3. Chat and Shop Update

With the League of Legends 11.1 update, Riot has enhanced and standardized text editing across the entire shop and chat, such as using keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl + A to select all text, copy, cut, and paste text, and more.

4. Season 11 of League of Legends Begins

Season 11 of League of Legends Vietnam officially kicks off at 4:00 AM on January 8, 2021.

5. Unlocking Grandmaster and Challenge

To make the race to achieve Grandmaster or Challenger ranks more enticing and exciting, Riot has modified the unlocking process.

Challenger and Grandmaster are still restricted to the top accounts on the server. However, Master players must have at least 200 LP to reach Grandmaster. Similarly, Grandmaster players need a minimum of 500 LP to achieve Challenger status.

6. Changing ARAM Mode in League of Legends

6.1. Buffs

- Amumu: reduces outgoing damage by 5%.

- Hecarim: decreases incoming damage by 10% and increases outgoing damage by 5%.

- Kayle: reduces outgoing damage by 5% + decreases incoming damage by 6% to reduces outgoing damage by 5% + decreases incoming damage by 3%.

- Kha'Zix: increases outgoing damage by 8% + increases incoming damage by 8% to increases outgoing damage by 8% + increases incoming damage by 10%.

- Kled: changes 5% incoming damage to 5% outgoing damage + reduces incoming damage by 5%.

- Qiyana: increases outgoing damage by 10% and decreases incoming damage by 10% to increases outgoing damage by 10% and decreases incoming damage by 15%.

- Rumble: reduces incoming damage by 5%.

- Ryze: increases outgoing damage by 3% + increases incoming damage by 5% to increases outgoing damage by 5% + increases incoming damage by 10%.

- Sejuani: reduces incoming damage by 8% + changes outgoing damage by 5% to reduces incoming damage by 8%.

- Shaco: increases outgoing damage by 5%.

- Sion: reduces outgoing damage by 8% + reduces incoming damage by 8% to reduces outgoing damage by 8% + reduces incoming damage by 5%.

- Tahm Kench: reduces incoming damage by 5% + changes outgoing damage by 5% to reduces incoming damage by 5%.

- Lucian: reduces outgoing damage from 5% to 3%.
