List of Buffed Champions
In this patch, many champions are making a comeback to the meta, especially Jhin - a powerful marksman with incredible carry potential in the early and mid-game. Strengthening Jhin will undoubtedly give this artist a more prominent position in the upcoming 2023 Worlds. Besides Jhin, numerous champions are receiving buffs, including:

- Irelia
- Kennen
- Senna
- Thresh
- Gwen (strengthened in the Jungle role)
List of Nerfed Champions
In the past summer, we witnessed the dominance of Zeri and Xayah in major tournaments, especially in the LCK. Their carrying potential with just 2 - 3 items was truly formidable, to the extent of turning around a team that was economically behind. Hence, it's evident that Xayah and Zeri are two names getting nerfed in the LMHT 13.18 update. Besides Xayah and Zeri, here are some other names receiving a power reduction from Riot:

- Jarvan
- Kayn in Darkin form
- Rell
- Tryndamere
Changes to the Item System
Apart from champions, items will undergo some adjustments to better suit their intended use, ensuring they don't become too overpowered for any specific champion.

- Divine Sword receives a slight boost in basic stats, allowing the playstyle of marksmen opting for Divine Sword as their first item to continue evolving in the upcoming period.
- Shojin's Spear has been slightly weakened, helping to simultaneously reduce the overwhelming strength threshold of champions like Jayce, Jax, Jarvan IV... when equipped with this item.
- Black Cleaver also sees a significant power increase with some additional stats and an extended effect duration from 1.5 to 2.5 seconds.
- Statikk Shiv will also have a slight power reduction, meaning the pressure in the lanes for champions like Kai'Sa, LeBlanc,... will be noticeably alleviated.
That covers all the changes you need to be aware of before the LMHT 13.18 update. These alterations will directly impact the upcoming 2023 Worlds. Don't forget to follow Mytour for the latest updates!
