8. Crab and Beef Rib Cartilage Hotpot
This hotpot spot situated in the middle of Lo Duc street is always bustling with customers. Although the staff might not be the most enthusiastic, the food quality compensates for it. The sour broth is perfectly balanced, and the dipping platter is packed with crunchy ribs, golden fried tofu, pig's ear, and a variety of vegetables for a satisfying meal.
Priced at 200,000 VND for a pot serving 2 people, it's quite reasonable considering the portion size. Apart from hotpot, the restaurant also offers side dishes like fried corn, fries, and crispy shrimp cakes for 25,000 VND per plate. Note that the hotpot doesn't come with noodles; you'll need to order those separately if desired.
8. Late-night Chicken Noodle and Pho Stall
When talking about eateries along Lo Duc street, one cannot miss the late-night stalls at the intersection of Lo Duc and Dong Mac. These stalls offer a variety of dishes including noodles, vermicelli, rice noodles, pho, and porridge. Despite the variety, all dishes are expertly prepared. Specializing in chicken dishes, the stall uses quality local chicken with tender meat and crispy skin.
