Once acknowledged as one of Vietnam's poorest YouTubers, Lộc Fuho's fortunes have taken a remarkable turn as of late. Not only has he forged a happy family life with a stunning wife and a newborn child, but he's also surprised many by acquiring a sleek new luxury car. And just recently, he's caused yet another online sensation by showcasing his newly erected 'haven' at an astonishingly low price.
Recently, the YouTuber produced a video reviewing his freshly constructed dwelling. It's been reported that Lộc Fuho dedicated merely a month to erecting this structure, spanning approximately 16m2, on a plot of land provided by his in-laws for work purposes. Although not overly spacious or lavish, the house exudes modernity and convenience. Notably, Lộc Fuho claims the total construction cost to be just under 60 million - a figure that likely defies most people's expectations. Who builds a house without contemplating millions, if not hundreds of millions?
In response to doubts from the online community, Lộc Fuho promptly presented his 'cost breakdown'. Meticulous and comprehensive, the YouTuber elaborated on the costs for viewers, including: brick expenses averaging 110,000 - 120,000 VND/m2, ceiling plaster costing around 5 million, material and labor expenses totaling over 11 million VND. Furthermore, aluminum doors proved to be the most costly, at 13 million VND, while other items like electricity installation and painting costs hovered around 5 million each. In summary, we arrive at a figure of 60 million.
Additionally, Lộc Fuho revealed that his family undertook the construction themselves, saving a substantial sum on labor costs, approximately 20 million VND. At this point, the online community can only admire him, with fewer doubts about the 'modest' expenditure on the house. Indeed, when it comes to the supplementary housing industry, Lộc Fuho appears to have found his niche. Even more commendable is his disclosure of the reason behind building this new dwelling.
'I'm collaborating with some doctors outside Hanoi on cosmetic procedures. This small house will serve as a small branch for Lộc's livestreams. Through discussions, if the business grows, the second party will donate a percentage of the profits, supporting funds for Lộc Fuho's charity work. Lộc's YouTube channel mainly caters to children, so charity work receives very little donations,' - Lộc Fuho shared.
