Technology is advancing rapidly, and security features are increasingly emphasized by technology companies. Alongside toggling the Fire wall to prevent attacks from within your computer, Windows Hello aids in safeguarding your device from external intrusions.
Unlocking with pattern, PIN, Password... seems outdated. Current technology allows for facial recognition, iris scanning, fingerprint authentication... elevating information security to the maximum level. It's reassuring knowing that no one but you can use your Laptop, tablet, or Smart Phone.
Logging in to Windows 10 using fingerprint
Step 1: First, you need to set up a PIN to log in to Windows 10.
Open Settings, select Accounts.
If you want to disable the Windows Hello feature, go to Settings, select Sign-in Options, then press Remove (Delete).
With just a few simple steps, you've elevated the security of your personal device to a whole new level. With the Windows Hello feature, besides the owner, no one else has the ability to unlock the device. Additionally, if you're using Windows with a password, you should consider removing the User login password to switch to Windows Hello for much higher security.
