London, dubbed the misty city, secures the selfie throne with 14% of all self-portraits taken in its foggy locales, as reported by Metro on May 18th.

Proudly boasting landmarks like the London Eye, Elizabeth Tower, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, and the River Thames, it's no wonder tourists flock here for selfie snapshots.
According to a survey conducted by Suggestme.com, 6.3 million photos from Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram were analyzed to arrive at this conclusion.
New York (USA) comes in second on the list, with Times Square and the Statue of Liberty being the most popular spots for selfie photography.
The positions from 3rd to 10th are predominantly European landmarks including Amsterdam (Netherlands), Barcelona (Spain), Paris (France), Berlin (Germany), Rome (Italy), Istanbul (Turkey), and Athens (Greece). Sydney (Australia) stands as the sole representative from the southern hemisphere, securing the 8th spot on this list.
