To reach Long Bien Floral Meadows from downtown Hanoi, head to Chương Dương Bridge and then turn right onto Long Bien dyke. Continue in the direction of Vĩnh Tuy Bridge for about 1.5km, then turn right onto Thạch Cầu Street. Proceed about 1km to reach the floral meadows. There is a designated parking area, so you don't need to worry here.
