The result is a proactive reminder to current TikTok users.
A comprehensive examination of TikTok in Vietnam has recently taken place. Upon factual verification, observed within Community Standards, TikTok has established regulations to prevent societal issues on its social media platform in Vietnam. However, a specific solution is yet to be determined.
These regulations encompass the removal of bullying expressions, including threatening or humiliating speech aimed at mocking, insulting, embarrassing, threatening, or harming an individual. Also, the elimination of hate speech and any form of hostile behavior on the network.

Evidence points out that the account longchunchun (with nearly 6 million followers) contains videos threatening children and promoting negative sleep habits. The channel owner is identified as Tran Hoang Long (born in 1994, from Hanoi), also known by the alias Long Chun - a popular TikToker, adored by young people for humorous and quirky short films.
TikTok Singapore announces its commitment to removing any content that violates community standards, irrespective of the source, be it from organizers or users on the platform. Furthermore, to enhance a secure experience, TikTok restricts live streaming for accounts under 18 years old.
Alongside Long Chun, three prominent TikTokers are mentioned in the inspection summary for engaging in livestream activities with negative content about school violence. Specifically, a random check of 55 accounts with 6 million to 20 million followers revealed three channels with content violating school violence.

These accounts include datdo0803 (8.2 million followers) by hot TikToker Đạt Đỗ; tuanket.2000 account (6.7 million followers) by TikToker Ngô Lê Tuấn Kiệt (Kiệt Hà Tịnh), and chiendoo account (5.8 million followers) by TikToker Chiến Đỗ.
With a large number of followers and tremendous interactions, it implies that negative content has reached a diverse audience. This raises concerns as it can have a detrimental impact, causing harm to the younger user group. Particularly, the not-yet-mature segment may be vulnerable when exposed to unhealthy, harmful content, leading to skewed thinking and personality development.
