According to some sources, the highly anticipated 'walk-in' routines of the gorgeous female MCs may soon be a thing of the past.
As known, ever since SofM's departure from the LPL and the subsequent backstage troubles plaguing teams, the league has lost its allure for Vietnamese fans. Only a small fraction continues to follow familiar players like TheShy, Xiaohu, or teams like Weibo Gaming and Edward Gaming. However, in Spring 2023, there was a factor that kept the LPL in the spotlight.

Specifically, it was the unique 'walk-in' performances from the teams, especially the stunning female MCs. It's no secret that one of the hallmarks of the LPL is its abundance of talented and beautiful female MCs, making these displays even more perfect. Moreover, these MCs know how to captivate audiences by cosplaying characters from comics, movies, and real life.

Nevertheless, for reasons unknown, in a recent assignment, the renowned MC Candice didn't perform her usual walk-in routine. She simply introduced the match and posed normally for a while before stepping aside. It wasn't a wardrobe issue since she has worn similar outfits before.

According to LPL sources, it's highly likely that audiences won't witness any more walk-in performances from female MCs in the foreseeable future. The exact reason hasn't been disclosed, but many speculate that these displays might distract players from focusing on match preparations, leading to their discontinuation.

Regardless, audiences will undoubtedly lament the absence of LPL's renowned female MCs on stage. However, there must be reasons behind the LPL organizers' decision to cancel this activity, leaving only the audience at a loss.
