Have you heard about the buzz surrounding flan cheese jelly cakes in many households? These two familiar ingredients combined create an irresistibly delicious new treat. Try a slice and watch the whole box vanish in no time!
Ingredients for the flan layer in the flan cheese jelly cake:
- Whipping cream (200ml)
- Cheese (100g)
- Sweetened fresh milk (200ml)
- Condensed milk (120g)
- Egg yolks (5)
Ingredients for the jelly layer:
- Jelly powder: 1 packet (you can refer to this type)

- Pure black coffee: 150 ml
- Sugar: 300g
- Water: 1600ml
Instructions for making flan cheese jelly cake:
- Mix the jelly powder with sugar, then soak in 1600ml water for about 30 minutes.
- Beat all 5 egg yolks thoroughly with a whisk and set aside.

- Blend the cheese with whipping cream, condensed milk, and fresh milk, then heat on the stove until boiling. Pour immediately into the beaten egg yolks, stirring constantly to ensure even cooking and prevent clumping. Strain this mixture through a sieve.

- After soaking and expanding, heat the jelly mixture on the stove until boiling, stirring constantly. Transfer half of the jelly mixture into the pot containing the flan mixture and stir well. Reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Add pure black coffee to the remaining jelly and continue heating until boiling, then reduce to the lowest heat.

- Pour the jelly mixture into the mold first, wait for it to partially set, then pour the flan mixture on top. To achieve even layers, use only one type of spoon. Continue pouring alternating white and brown layers. Ensure both pots are kept warm throughout. Allow the flan cheese jelly cake to cool before transferring to the refrigerator. Chill for a few hours before serving!
