Today, we will guide you on how to make crispy roast pork belly without the need for a complicated oven, just a regular pan will do.

Ingredients needed:
- Pork belly: 300g
- Five-spice powder: 1/2 packet
- Garlic: 1 bulb
- White wine: 10ml
- Vinegar: 10ml
- Seasonings: cooking oil, rock salt, table salt, pepper, sugar. Note: To make the crispy and delicious crispy pork, choose thin-skinned, fresh pink meat, firm and not too fatty. Ensure even distribution of fat and lean layers.
How to make crispy roasted pork:

- Clean the pork belly, use a knife or tweezers to remove all hair from the skin, rub with coarse salt to eliminate odor, then wash it again to ensure cleanliness. If you want the crispy roasted pork to be tasty and tender, you can steam the meat slightly with steam for about 15 minutes before marinating.
- Peel and mince garlic
- In a bowl, mix 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon peppercorns, five-spice powder, white wine, and finely chopped garlic to create a spice mixture for marinating the roasted pork.

- Next, rub the entire spice mixture onto the meat, making sure not to apply it to the skin, only on the meat.

- After rubbing the spice mixture on the meat, flip the skin side up, take about 3 large pinches of coarse salt and rub it evenly on the skin. Let it sit for a minimum of 2 hours. When marinating, place the meat on a rack, with the skin side up to drain excess water.

- Next, use a toothpick to bundle the meat or take a plate and evenly pierce it into the skin of the meat. Then, brush a little rice vinegar on the surface of the pork skin, be careful not to use too much vinegar as it will make the meat sour.

- Place the pan on the stove, heat the pan until dry, then add about 4 tablespoons of cooking oil, wait until the oil is hot, put the meat in to roast, making sure the skin contacts the pan. While roasting the meat, the skin is likely to crack and splatter fat, so be extremely careful not to get burned. When the skin turns crispy golden, flip the meat and fry until the meat is evenly cooked.

- When the meat is cooked, transfer it to a plate lined with oil-absorbing paper, wait for a while for the meat to cool slightly, then slice it into bite-sized pieces.

This crispy roasted pork, when dipped in a mixture of fish sauce, garlic, and chili, and eaten with white rice, is absolutely delicious. For a more elaborate meal, you can make pickled vegetables to accompany it, making a satisfying dish with crispy skin and tender meat that will quickly empty your rice pot.
