Instead of always buying spring roll wrappers to wrap your delicious spring rolls, take some time to learn how to make them at home. It's super simple! When fried, they guarantee a fragrant, crispy, and beautifully golden texture, surpassing the quality of store-bought ones!

Ingredients for Homemade Spring Roll Wrappers
- 120 grams of wheat flour
- 240 ml water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 non-stick pan
- 1 brush (similar to a mooncake mold brush)
How to Make Spring Roll Wrappers
- Step 1: Mix wheat flour, salt, and water in a bowl, let it rest for 30-40 minutes.
- Step 2: Heat a non-stick pan on low flame. Once warm, use a brush to apply the batter evenly on the pan. Layer it 3-4 times to achieve a thin wrapper. When the surface dries, gently peel off the wrapper (this takes about 15 seconds).
Continue this process until you've used up all the batter, applying and peeling the wrappers as before.
Note: Avoid high heat and don't leave the wrappers on the pan for too long to prevent them from becoming overly crispy and brittle. It's as simple as that!
