You can easily make delicious and clean tofu at home without much hassle.

Ingredients:
500 grams of soybeans
1.5 liters of water
30 ml white vinegar
30 ml lime juice
1/3 teaspoon salt
50 ml mixed water in one cup
Procedure:
Step 1: Soak soybeans in warm water overnight, then gently squeeze to remove skins, discard skins.
Step 2: Blend soybeans and water in a blender until smooth. Strain to extract milk, discard residue.

Step 3: Transfer soy milk to a pot, bring to boil over medium heat for 7 minutes, skimming off foam to clean. Then add lime juice into the boiling milk over high heat until curds form (at this point, the milk separates into curds and whey), then turn off the heat.


Step 4: Place a thin cloth on a strainer, pour soy milk onto it, wrap and press with a heavy object to solidify tofu and drain excess water. Let it sit for 5-6 hours to obtain firm, fragrant tofu.
