Indulging in a piece of fruit yogurt during summer is pure bliss. Whatever flavor you fancy, it's easily achievable right at home. No need to venture far, everything you need is right at home.
Today, I'll guide you through making watermelon-flavored yogurt :D If you prefer other flavors like orange, aloe vera, lime... the process remains just as simple. Extremely straightforward.
Ingredients:
• Longevity milk - 1 box
• Vinamilk yogurt - 1 box
• Fresh Vinamilk milk - 1 liter
• Hot water - 900ml
• Fresh fruits here refer to watermelon (or can be substituted with fruit-flavored yogurt or fresh fruit-flavored milk, but I prefer using fresh fruits)
Instructions:
Step 1: Pour the entire box of longevity milk into a pot (or a bowl), then add about 900 ml of boiling water, stirring with a spoon until the milk dissolves completely.

Step 2: Peel the watermelon, put it in a blender and blend until smooth. Then strain to extract the juice only.

Next, pour the watermelon juice into the pot, then add 1 liter of fresh milk and continue stirring.

Step 3: Pour the entire box of yogurt into the pot (or bowl) with the fresh milk and longevity milk. Then stir thoroughly until the mixture is completely dissolved.
Note: Taste the mixture to see if it's sweet enough. If it's not sweet enough, you can add sugar to taste!
Step 4: Use a small funnel to pour the yogurt into nylon bags or containers, then ferment.
Let it ferment for 5-6 hours until it reaches the desired consistency. Place the pot in a larger pot and pour boiling water to cover about 2/3 of the container, ensuring the mixture thickens.

Step 5: Transfer all the prepared yogurt into the freezer compartment of the refrigerator for about 5 hours until ready to use. Alternatively, you can store it in the fridge compartment if you prefer softer yogurt.
