Who would have thought this famous intricate dessert could be made so quickly?
Microwave Lava Cake or Molten lava cake (also known as 'gooey cake') is a small, delightful cake about the size of a cupcake with a soft, spongy exterior. Its molten core melts like flowing lava when pierced, hence its name. Although there are many variations with different flavors, traditional chocolate lava cake remains a favorite. Even without an oven or much preparation time, there's still a way for you to make this luxurious dish just as delicious as elaborate, expensive recipes.
Ingredients:
-3 Oreo cookies
-5g powdered sugar
-2g baking powder
-30ml fresh milk
-120g dark chocolate
-30ml

Step 1:
- Melt a small amount of water with dark chocolate on the stove over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture melts quickly.

Step 2:
- Pour the chocolate into a bowl and wait for it to cool, then wrap it in food-grade plastic wrap and leave it on the kitchen shelf.

Step 3:
- Remove the chocolate from the refrigerator and shape it into 10 round balls. Place the chocolate balls in the refrigerator while proceeding with the next steps to prevent them from melting.

Step 4:
- Blend baking powder, flour, and Oreo cookies together. Then, add fresh milk and blend for a few more seconds.

Step 5:
- Pour the Oreo mixture into cupcake molds, place a frozen chocolate ball in the center, and add another layer of Oreo mixture on top. Microwave on MEDIUM for 1 minute.
The finished product is just as delicious as using an oven.

Enjoy with cold ice cream and chocolate sauce for perfection!
