Zalo is now available on Windows operating systems, but the calling feature is not yet supported. Therefore, use Zalo on Android and iOS devices to enjoy phone call support.

1. Making Zalo Calls on Android

Step 1: Start the app and log in to Zalo. If you don't have a Zalo account, refer to our guide on how to register for Zalo in the previous article.

Step 2: On the interface, switch to the Contacts tab and find the person you want to call for free on Zalo.

Step 3: Next, tap on the phone icon at the top right of the app to make a call. Press Allow if you want Zalo to record your voice call or Decline to skip.

Step 4: Wait a moment for the other party to answer, and you can comfortably have a free conversation on Zalo from now on.

2. Making Zalo Calls on iPhone

Step 1: Similar to Android phones, users need to launch and log in to their Zalo accounts on the app.

Step 2: From the user interface, switch to the Contacts tab and find the user you want to contact.

Step 3: Here, tap on the phone icon in the top right corner of the app.
