Step-by-step Guide to Using Two Facebook and Messenger Accounts Simultaneously on Galaxy J7 Pro
1. Utilize Two Facebook and Messenger Accounts Simultaneously on Galaxy J7 Pro
Many users own multiple Facebook and Zalo accounts simultaneously for various purposes. On smartphones, managing multiple accounts on the same device isn't straightforward.

The most popular solution is to install third-party apps or use Facebook accounts in the browser. However, this method often lacks quality and user experience compared to the official app. Some devices allow creating a second 'space' for separate app installations, but not all devices support this.
On the Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro, Samsung provides a solution called 'Dual Messenger.' With this feature, users can install and use two Facebook, Messenger, Zalo apps simultaneously on the device without needing to log in again or set up complex configurations.

To access this feature, navigate to Settings/Advanced features or search within Settings using the keyword 'Dual Messenger'.

Most popular chat applications are supported.
The apps compatible with Dual Messenger will be listed here. We've tested installing some common social networking and messaging apps in Vietnam, and the majority are supported, except for Instagram, Reddit, and Twitter. When a newly installed app becomes compatible with this feature, the device will also display a notification. To use two accounts with any app, simply enable that app in Dual Messenger.
Once enabled, the second app will appear in the app list with a red double circle icon. Tap on this app, and you'll need to log in again from scratch as usual.

Two separate notification bubbles for two different Facebook accounts.
The functionality of both apps remains normal, including notification functions. On Facebook Messenger, when a message is received, both accounts display independent notification bubbles. The limitation of Dual Messenger is that you cannot set up security methods for each account individually. This is different from creating a new 'space,' where you can set up a password or fingerprint security to restrict access to confidential accounts.
