- Finely chop one onion, slice the other one into rounds
- Ground pork and pork liver pate
- Finely chop 2-3 cloves of garlic, mix well with ground pork and pork liver pate. Add a tablespoon of salt, a tablespoon of chicken powder, two tablespoons of sugar, a tablespoon of sesame oil, a pinch of pepper, then mix again until well combined
- Shape the meat mixture into bite-sized balls, then steam until cooked through

- Once the meat is cooked, remove it and let it drain
- Tomatoes: Cut into small cubes

Step 3: Cooking Process
- Heat some cooking oil in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add tomatoes to stir-fry. Add tomato sauce and adjust the amount to achieve desired consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the tomatoes, simmer for about 30-40 minutes for the meat to absorb the flavors. Then add the sliced onions, stir for a few minutes, then turn off the heat. You can also add some spring onions and pepper for extra fragrance in our Xiu Mai dish.
