Make sure to park your vehicle properly when arriving, as limited parking might lead to inconvenience for subsequent customers.

Check out this amazing pho restaurant. It's always bustling with customers inside.

Although aiming for a clean menu, the temptation of trying other dishes made me order quite a bit!
Fried offal
A bowl filled with fragrant and piping hot coconut-infused offal soup.

Take a close look at this succulent piece of fatty liver.

Imagine what a crispy fried offal would taste like? Dipped in hot oil, it becomes even crunchier and more aromatic.

Tear a piece of bread, soak it generously in the spicy offal broth. Offal soup and bread seem to be made for each other.

Youngsters are hesitating, unsure which dish to try first.
What I love most about this place is the offal soup and dipping sauce. The broth is incredibly fragrant, sweet, and rich, tongue-burning hot, perfect with bread. The tamarind fish sauce poured over the offal soup is delicious, and dipping the fried offal in it is even better. Truly, not a single disappointment.

Dip into the sweet and sour dipping sauce, and you'll know what I mean!
Still not full? It's time for some snail and clam noodles!

Opening Hours:
Towards the end of the market at number 200, there's a well-known stall serving snail and clam noodles. Two small bowls of offal soup surprisingly satisfied our hungry stomachs. So, we revved up the engine again to go eat snail and clam noodles.

This is the snail and clam noodles shop.
The fragrant aroma wafting from the broth made us unable to wait any longer. We each ordered a bowl of snail and clam noodles with 'full topping'! While eating, I even heard there's also snail and clam vermicelli and snail and clam glass noodles available.

Ordered snail and clam noodles but only saw snails and clams, no noodles.

Add a little tamarind, pickled garlic, mix well, and enjoy.

Scoop up a spoonful of abundant snails and clams. This topping is quite fresh, crispy, and the clams are very sweet.

The noodles are soft just right, not soggy, not too dry. Eating with the subtly sweet broth, crispy snails, and morning glory is the best.

Let's dig in! Do you see the sugarcane juice stand over there? If you're thirsty while eating, you can get a glass of sugarcane juice for only 5,000 VND at the opposite stall.
The owner couple is super friendly. When we arrived, they even helped us park our car. The place opens around 5 PM and stays open until everything's sold out, usually around 9 - 10 PM. So, you can come here for a light snack or even dinner!
The crab soup isn't just crab!
As we were about to leave, we suddenly remembered there's a bustling crab soup spot nearby. Earlier, a friend couldn't finish their bowl of snail and clam noodles because they got tired of seafood, so we decided to take them to have some warm crab soup instead.

Holding a steaming bowl of mixed seafood soup in my hands!

If you're taking it to go, the soup will be neatly packed in a box, just like this, all tidy and pretty.

Take a close look at this crispy and sweet shrimp, already peeled.

The crab soup isn't just about crabs! A bowl of mixed seafood soup will also have crab sticks, shrimp, quail eggs, and more.

Here's the mastermind behind these exquisite bowls of soup. She's very charming and always enthusiastic.

This is the menu of the soup shop. Next door, they also sell balut eggs.
Our mixed seafood soup bowls cost 25,000 VND each. Considering the quality, that's a very reasonable price. But since the shop is small and there's no parking, it's best to find parking first before stopping by.
Flan, rainbow pudding, soft and melting like autumn breeze
By now, we're quite full, but since we've been eating mostly hot dishes, we're terribly thirsty. Luckily, there's a shop selling rainbow flan nearby, with a bright and cool interior, so we decided to stop by. Truly, market 200 has everything!

The bright lights are inviting, and it looks very refreshing. The rainbow flan truck also attracts a lot of attention.

A portion like that is more than enough for a group of friends to enjoy as a light dessert after dinner.

This is the cheese flan - our favorite dish. Inside the silky flan, there's a small piece of cheese, topped with sweet and sour fruit jelly, very refreshing.

The glossy flan sparkles under the lights, enjoyed with fresh milk and a hint of mild bitter coffee.
Additionally, a small note, market 200 is always crowded, even in the evening, so remember to keep your belongings safe, don't hold your phone in your hand, or it might 'fly away' unexpectedly.
