Whether Stir-Fried, Cooked, or Used as a Dip, Vegan Fish Sauce Has a Taste and Color Similar to Regular Fish Sauce
Amidst the abundance of alarming news about toxic and unhygienic fish sauce, you can create your own delicious vegan fish sauce using just a few pineapples and soy sauce, with a flavor that rivals authentic fish sauce!
Get Started on Making Clean, Delicious, and Flavorful Vegan Fish Sauce
Ingredients Needed:
+ 2 ripe pineapples, ¼ bowl soy sauce, 15 bowls boiled then cooled water, 1 bowl salt, 4 bowls sugar
¼ bowl caramel syrup, ½ bowl vegetarian broth powder, thoroughly cleaned glass bottle, boiled and completely dried.

Heat pineapples and soy sauce over low heat...
Peel and core the pineapples. Place all prepared ingredients into a large pot along with the pineapples, bring to a boil. Remember to skim off any foam that rises to the surface. Simmer over low heat for about 90 minutes, then turn off the heat, let it cool, and remove the pineapples.
Strain the collected liquid through a clean cloth several times until the obtained liquid is clear and free from sediment or impurities, only then can it be stored for a long time.

Making fish sauce from pineapples is the simplest method
Once filtered, heat the liquid again until boiling, let it cool completely before bottling into glass bottles (emphasize that the glass bottle must be completely dry, otherwise the fish sauce will spoil!)
Store the bottle in the refrigerator and note not to reuse leftover dipping fish sauce for cooking.
